I have bought three vehicles over the last 20 or so years from Beau and was satisfied with the people. I have had one particular maintenance person ( Larry Garber) working on my vehicles. I was told by Justi from Beau and was satisfied with the people. I have had one particular maintenance person ( Larry Garber) working on my vehicles. I was told by Justin the last visit for oil change that he could no longer work on my vehicles unless the needed computer or electrical work. That particular business decision will make me find another service center. More

Attitude from girl when scheduling service for a recall on my vehicle when I responded to her question "Did you buy your car from here?" I told her no, it's a Ford recall on my Ford vehicle. Her attitude continued when she told me they'd call with my appointment reminder and I asked for an email or text instead. Drop off was easy and pickup was easy, just a little disappointed that I didn't get my complimentary car wash as there was several cars ahead of mine. (Received a text stating my vehicle was ready for pickup) A few bumps but overall happy. More
