I know Keith, we were looking to replace our older Dodge caravan. I'm more of a Mopar customer due to the fact I have been a auto technician for several years mostly with Mopar. The cost was the most inportant, then the drive and confort, HP is great in the Taurus, all the other options fit My wife Brenda well. She will be driving this vehicle and whed she said she reaky liked it , well that smile she had told me this was the car for her. After terrible expediences at the other 2 Ford dealerships in the area, which i know is no surprise to you guys, i was thrilled with the service i received at Townsend. It can be hard to navigate dealerships in the area, which i know is no surprise to you guys, i was thrilled with the service i received at Townsend. It can be hard to navigate car sales as a female, and all to often i have encountered people who had no interest in helping me. However, as soon as i walked in the door, Pat stood up from his lunch to help me. He was wonderful the whole way though, kept me updated while i was waiting for the car to arrive, and true to his word, called me as my car was rolling off the hauler. He took time to help me set up my entertainment system and phone, and made sure i was comfortable with all the features of the car, before i left the lot. I would recommend both Pat, and Townsend over all others in a 100 mile radius. I will be happy to do business there again. More
