Great interest rates right now, great deals and I could become a NEW FORD owner!! He refered me to Mark Lindenhauer in Sales, who was incredibly thorough, patient and helpful as I walked through the process of selecting my car. Ken Emrick in Finance so efficiently processed all the paperwork for my loan and even called me yesterday to let me know he was able to secure a rebate on my GAP insurance from the Nissan. I also received a wonderful follow-up phone call from Justin Jacobs offering any support I might need on my new sync system. VERY personal touches from the entire staff I dealt with. Larry Taylor even stopped to greet us and make sure we were well taken care of. I am proud to now be a FORD owner and so glad Beau Townsend Ford is close to my home. By chance ran into Mike Cole at dealership. I had bought two cars and two trucks from him, and both of our kids had purchased a car and truck also.
