We stopped by on Tuesday and talked to Mark and told him we would return Thursday which we did. He was 100% helpful, pleasant, and accommodating to all requests and questions we had. I went to look at the new 2013 Escapes. I had seen the 20913 at the car Show in Dayton. They only had two 2013 Escapes on the lot so he ordered ours. I wanted red and they didn't have one.
