I came in because my daughter had picked up her new Ford Edge the day before and was really happy with it and with Donovan. I decided to go look - doesn't hurt to look - and before I knew it I fell in love Edge the day before and was really happy with it and with Donovan. This was a whole new process and I found everyone to be very helpful from Donovan (Sales) to Keith (Finances) to Justin (The Sync man). They all were wonderful. I love my new car - the ride is smooth and fantastic. Everything works (some things as soon as I learn how to work them) and it smells great - love that "new car" smell. Donovan is a great salesman because he is low-key - no pushy, agressiveness that I hate. He was kind, respectful and considerate. Great qualities in a salesperson and in a man.
