Excellent from start to finish. Bought 2 vehicles at the same time and this was a textbook example of how buying a vehicle should be. Ford should require this from all of their dealers. We came to the dealership as part of a shopping trip. We were looking at other cars ;and did not plan to buy on this date; but Cindy was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Great Experience, my only complain was that the car wasn't cleaned up very well upon delivery....in their defense .... they tried to get it done while I was waiting and getting the deal done, Im sure t wasn't cleaned up very well upon delivery....in their defense .... they tried to get it done while I was waiting and getting the deal done, Im sure they would have done a great job if I had left it to be cleaned. I had taken the car overnight to try, loved it and came back to buy it, they tried to accommodate me in letting me take the car home right away. I probably would have accepted waiting, knowing that my car would be cleaned up well but it wasn't offered as an option. The rest of the experience was great! Thanks so much! More
