They got us in right away, quickly found the problem and had us back on our way in about 4 hours. Since we live nearly 30 miles from the dealership and only one of us is able to drive they even gave us a loaner car so we could finish our errands and have lunch. There are other dealerships closer to us, but Beau Townsend has the best service and we would never take our vehicles anywhere else. More
