Beau Townsend Nissan

My experience was great at the Beau Townsend dealership. My husband had spoken to Damon prior to us arriving at the dealership, so he was aware that we were looking for a Rogue. We drove to the dealership from Cincinnati and when we pulled up to the building we noticed a pearl white Rogue parked right by the front door. Me and my husband both laughed and said either someone is buying our car or Damon is on it. We walked in the lobby and were quickly greeted and asked if we needed help. Damon came out and introduced himself. He was very professional and full of life. We have been car shopping for about two months and have never met a salesman like Damon. He was very confident and an experience salesman. Damon was willing to answer all of our questions without irritation. A dealership in Cincinnati was very unprofessional to me and irritated when I asked ask questions. Our experience was also positive with Jim Morris and ken Embrick. They both had a sense of humor and made us feel welcomed. I can truly say that all of the staff were professional and real. There was one mishaps with the paperwork, however Damon traveled to our home to correct the mistake. This made my experience more enjoyable. Kudos to all of those involved, it is great when you can still get great customer service, which is lacking in some Nissan dealerships! More
