Contacted through internet, got a call next day. Wanted to up grade on our old Rogue. Worked with Johnny last time, new he had went to Ford didn't know he could still sell at Nissan was happy we could deal to up grade on our old Rogue. Thought our car was worth more excellent not good should have got a 1000.00 more than we did. Worked with Beau Townsend the hole time we owned our old Rogue, oil changes, tire rotation the car is in excellent shape. Just a little disappointed that that didn't add value for us. More

Charlie should be instructing the rest of the sales force as to how to communicate with customers without scaring them away. Additionally it would be great if he were consulted by management as to how the dealership can improve ratings, as I feel you should be rating straight 5's as compared to other dealers. We have bought our last 5 cars from Charlie and are totally sold on Nissan cars...They are years ahead of other cars in design and the driving experience. Charlie always finds a car we love driving at a good price and makes it so easy to go through the process. He's honest, has a good sense of humor, and is not pushy.
