The sales process started out okay but I felt rushed through the process toward the end of the night. When I test drove the vehicle, I noticed the windshield was, what I thought just dirty, but after bu through the process toward the end of the night. When I test drove the vehicle, I noticed the windshield was, what I thought just dirty, but after buying the vehicle, I discovered that they are tiny little chips all over my windshield making it extremely difficult to see out of and I will now have to pay to get a new windshield on a car I just bought because Beaver Mitsubishi won’t do anything about it! I also purchased the service agreement package and was told that I could cancel at any time. After thinking about it for two weeks, I decided to cancel and now I’m being told there are two products in the service agreement package that I am not allowed to cancel, but I was never told that when I bought it. I even specifically asked if I could opt out of purchasing those and the sales guy told me no but now I can’t even cancel those so he blatantly lied to me. I feel like this dealership is very dishonest! More
