I waited over 4 hours, close to 5, for my car to get tires rotated and oil changed. I had 11:30 appointment and didn’t leave I until around 4 pm. Need to improve that. My trips for regular maintenance on my car are always great. I recently had Hunter as my service advisor and he was top tier. He was kind, knowledgeable and help me get an awesome deal on service. The voice command feature on our 2025 Toyota Camry was not responding. The message displayed was "Network busy. Please try again later." There were also messages asking for our PIN. In all the hustl not responding. The message displayed was "Network busy. Please try again later." There were also messages asking for our PIN. In all the hustle and bustle of buying the car (Nov. 15 2024) we didn't remember getting/creating a PIN to get my wife's smart phone connected to the car. We did create the Toyota account and password. Anyway, Joseph Torres was able to help us re-set the PIN and we're back in business. And, yes, we have the PIN written down for future reference! We still don't know what would have caused the PIN hiccup. Anyway, we're good to go. Joseph Torres answered all of our questions and was very friendly. It probably took him less than 10 minutes to get us squared away!!! More
Even thought the oil changes are a free service if you purchased a vehicle there, and even though you have an appointment for this service, it still consistently takes over 3+ hrs to get it done. The last purchased a vehicle there, and even though you have an appointment for this service, it still consistently takes over 3+ hrs to get it done. The last time I was there I spent over FOUR hours just waiting on an oil change that I had an appt for. It already takes me over an hour to get there and I don’t want to wait that long for an oil change! More

We usually have a great visit. But this visit they started on my car late after being told it really ready by noon and then I got a call. I’ll be ready by the end of the day and th But this visit they started on my car late after being told it really ready by noon and then I got a call. I’ll be ready by the end of the day and then the next day and then the end of the day again, there was miscommunication on where my car was supposed to go after getting tires replaced. And then it was very obvious that the interior detail was rushed just to get it back to me. Windows weren’t fully cleaned in the back. The seats weren’t deep cleaned at all. It was a very poor job. I would rather than have told me it would be back tomorrow and leave it at that and then try to rush to get it done. The headliner wasn’t done, which is part of the interior detail. Overall, not a great experience this time. The only positive was our host. He is phenomenal And was really apologetic that service had messed up. More
