Very unfortunate experience today at Beaverton Nissan. They are my local dealership so went in to test drive a vehicle. Had set up and appointment and had communicated with at least 2 people regarding the They are my local dealership so went in to test drive a vehicle. Had set up and appointment and had communicated with at least 2 people regarding the models I was hoping to drive and was told they’d be pulled up for me. Unfortunately neither were ready when I got there. Went for a test drive and the sales person decided to come along (other people in the dealership were able to drive alone). Now when it came to the numbers I asked for a breakdown and was shown a monthly payment and the sales lady VERY obviously was covering part of the sheet that showed the price as well as 2 dealer add on/protection packages. When I asked for the residual and money factor for the lease then another guy Joey was brought to give me a breakdown which still was not great as they were missing several Nissan manufacture rebates. Finally as I’m walking the head manager attempted to rectify things and give me a deal but it unfortunately still fell short but magically he was able to increase the rebates and find the ones I was looking for. Unsure what happened here today and unclear if this was a race issue? Either way I will not be returning nor recommending the dealerships to friends and family. More
