Costco's certified pre-owned program referred me to Beaverton Nissan to purchase a truck. At 8:15AM the following day Tony, a sales manager there, contacted me to ask what I was looking for. I was ve Beaverton Nissan to purchase a truck. At 8:15AM the following day Tony, a sales manager there, contacted me to ask what I was looking for. I was very specific, telling him I wanted a "certified pre-owned crew cab 4x4 Frontier." Tony said they had several on their lot and we made an appointment for 12:15PM that same day to look at the trucks. When I arrived for the appointment, Tony was unavailable. I was passed to a junior salesman who took me over to their used car lot. After looking through their lots, I learned that they did not have any trucks that met my specification. After "discovering" that they had no trucks of interest to me, Beaverton Nissan passed me to a third salesman who wanted to show me new trucks. Knowing that Costco has negotiated good prices on new vehicles, and knowing that Nissan was offering a large rebate Frontiers, I agreed to look. We found a truck I liked and went for a test drive after which I asked to see the price. The salesman and I returned to the sales office where I was passed to a fourth salesman to negotiate price. As a Costco customer, no negotiation should have been necessary. Costco's car buyer program specifies that Costco customers are to be shown a Costco price sheet that shows the pre-negotiated price. Instead of showing me the Costco price sheet, the fourth salesman went into another room and came back with a notepad on which he had hand written a price. He also stated a rebate value on the truck that was $500 less than the actual rebate amount. At this point I realized that Beaverton Nissan was unlikely to deal in good faith and I left. I have several specific problems with my experience at Beaverton Nissan: 1) Tony did not keep the appointment we set up. Instead he fobbed me off to a series of salesmen. 2) Tony either lied to me about the trucks they had in stock, or he did not listen when I told him what I was looking for. Either is unforgivable from someone attempting to sell me a product that costs tens of thousands of dollars. 3) By telling me they had a used truck I might be interested in and then attempting to up sell me into a new truck, I believe Beaverton Nissan was attempting to run a bait and switch scam on me. 4) Beaverton Nissan did not follow Costco's procedures for their buying program. I should have been shown the Costco customer's price sheet. Instead I saw a couple of numbers hand written in a notepad. 5) The final salesman understated the rebate available on the truck I was looking at in what I believe was an attempt to manipulate the sales price in the dealership's favor. Based on my experience, I strongly suspect that most or all high rating reviews for this dealership are written by employees of the dealership or their friends. There are several other Nissan dealers on the west side of Portland. I suggest you try any of them except the one in Beaverton. More

We found a 05' pathfinder that was an internet special that we really liked. We got in touch with Ben and he worked the numbers and set the deal up for us before we drove the almost 2 hours to get to the that we really liked. We got in touch with Ben and he worked the numbers and set the deal up for us before we drove the almost 2 hours to get to the dealership. Once we got there we welcomed, had the pathfinder brought out to us and took it for a test drive. I don't think that it took even an hour from start to finish. We got the papers signed and headed home. I can't really say who was better to deal with, our salesman Ben or the Finance guy Danny. Both were super friendly, easy to deal with and will most likely be who we deal with for our next vehicle purchase. We don't say that often having been scorched by several other dealers in that area. I had a great experience buying my husband the 40th Anniversary 370Z. All the employees were nice and fun to work with for my big surprise. Every time I come in for service, seeing the same faces is Anniversary 370Z. All the employees were nice and fun to work with for my big surprise. Every time I come in for service, seeing the same faces is a plus! The car was cleaned up and ready to go when I picked it up. The saleslady went thru the basics and off I went. I am in sales myself and I can say that these guys went above and beyond any expectations I had. After visiting several other dealerships and being SEVERLY disappointed by the games that come with car sho above and beyond any expectations I had. After visiting several other dealerships and being SEVERLY disappointed by the games that come with car shopping, the people at Beaverton Nissan were amazing. Hugo Alvarez helped me pick out the vehicle I wanted. No pressure, no games, no b.s.. He was great to deal with. Purchasing my Nissan Murano SV was an enjoyable experience. I recommend this dealership for everyone. I will be back. Go check them out! More

My husband had been researching big SUVs (b/c he's 6'6") and saw the internet price for the Pathfinder Armada. Beaverton Nissan had it priced well below Blue Book. We were very firm in how much we wan 6'6") and saw the internet price for the Pathfinder Armada. Beaverton Nissan had it priced well below Blue Book. We were very firm in how much we wanted for our Honda Accord trade-in, and they nearly met it. We were ok with that b/c we knew we got the Armada at a great price. The entire process was easy and non-stressfull. We test drove, they looked at our trade in, and we were finished with the entire process in just under 2 hours. Also, since we were trading in and adding cash, we didn't want our credit pulled (even though we both have very good credit.) They worked around that and didn't have to pull our credit. Ben was very friendly, no pressure and upbeat. We had a great experience. Also, with our purchase, the are lowering the seat by 2" for my husband, so when they perform service, we'll see if I can give that a 5 rating as well. More
Sales and Service = Poor Experience! I worked for a Sales and Service = Poor Experience! I worked for a large well-known global sports company and was pointed to Beaverton Nissan since my company "had Sales and Service = Poor Experience! I worked for a large well-known global sports company and was pointed to Beaverton Nissan since my company "had a relationship" with this dealership. I was in desperate need for a new vehicle (my lease was about to expire) and I was new to the area, so I put up with some of the most ham-handed, hot-air filled "salesmanship" it has ever been my sad luck to experience. I had a specific amount of money to spend, a vehicle picked out, and the benefit of having a "relationship". It took better than 3 hours to finalize the purchase (my credit rating is over 790) due to the shenanigans perpetrated by this bunch of chuckleheads Service - gee, where to begin...suffice it to say that the service department was not much better that the sales team. The capper of all in this (and what finally drove me to go to a dealership farther away from my home) was when I had a fender bender that incapacitated my vehicle. I called the dealership, asked for service and told them what had happened...the award winning customer service response I received "We don't do body work...'click'". Guess what Beaverton Nissan - you also don't get any more of my money and when it's time for a new truck - you won't be getting any of my money either! Avoid this place - truly a bunch of amateurs that are no benefit to the Nissan brand. More
