The dealership is very friendly and professional. The facility is very clean and very nice. However, it took over two hours for my oil change, and I even had an appointment. I arrived at 11:25 AM fo The facility is very clean and very nice. However, it took over two hours for my oil change, and I even had an appointment. I arrived at 11:25 AM for my 11:30 AM appointment. I did not leave the dealership until 1:50 PM. I don't an oil change, especially a scheduled one, should take that long. More
