Service Department I purchased my Enclave at this dealership (AVERAGE). I use to take my car for oil change and wait for it, but when I needed to leave my car for exten I purchased my Enclave at this dealership (AVERAGE). I use to take my car for oil change and wait for it, but when I needed to leave my car for extensive work, the 1st time, they informed me that they did not have a loaner car. I would have to place my name on a list, and it would be 2-3 wks. NEVER CALLED . 2nd time I called Dec 14 2015 they gave me the same story, again same story. Here we are March 2nd 2016 NEVER CALLED. Terrible service center I have bought several cars here since 2006 and being taking them to get service but it seems like service just gets worse and now that they remodeled I have bought several cars here since 2006 and being taking them to get service but it seems like service just gets worse and now that they remodeled it got worse service advisers think they're not suppose to do anything but just sit there and play with their computers every time I take my truck to get service I walk in and all they do is just sit there or maybe it's just me or ? I took my truck in to have a cluster board replace Back in January 21,2016 they couldn't get the right cluster board for about 3 weeks now they installed the right one but the miles don't match up cause the service adviser wrote the ticket with the miles when I took it in on January 21 so now the miles are off like 700 miles but they say it's ok I thought that was illegal,I think I get discriminated cause my truck is old it's a 2006 GMC Sierra ,I was thinking about buying a new GMC once I finish paying my GMC Terrain in a few months but if I'm going to keep getting this lousy service I'll just go to another dealer I try talking to mr Trevino but he tells the service adviser to call me probably thinks he's better than me More

Dealer Unable To Repair My Vehicle I own a 1999 Chevrolet Silverado LS Ext Cab 5.3 2x4, I took this vehicle in to Beck to have the vehicle inspected, a new main computer recently instal I own a 1999 Chevrolet Silverado LS Ext Cab 5.3 2x4, I took this vehicle in to Beck to have the vehicle inspected, a new main computer recently installed needed reprogramming, to have the body control computer reprogrammed, to have Beck service department install the A/C Temperature Actuator I was having trouble installing because the Body Control Module was not programmed, I also requested Beck service department to find and fix two short problems in the interior lights circuits and a circuit box on the floor board next to the drivers feet had 3 relays that keeps getting hot, next I asked the service department to evac my entire A/C system since everything was new it need to be vacuumed out, the correct amount of oil added along with the correct amount of Freon, on two different service occasions I asked Beck service department to find and fix the entire list of problems Beck service department had my truck for right at two weeks and the only work completed was the state inspection and the two recall issues on my truck, none of the work I requested Beck to do was done on either trip to the service department, when I asked what was the reason why my truck was still not fixed, I even email my service clerk to explain to her the importance of programming the Body Control Module, show how without the body Control module being properly programmed it will cause most of the electrical issues I was having with my truck, I was told by the service lady that wrote up my truck that the shop manager I think was afraid to work on my truck because I had to many electrical issues, be reminded now I only had the two electrical issues, I took my truck less than two miles from Beck and Masten and the shop owner called the same day and told me what was causing the electrical issues and that the truck would be ready for pickup the next morning, I went and got my truck today 6/30/2015, all issues have been repaired, the A/c works like new. if Beck would have listened to my complains a little closer Beck would have been able to repair my truck with not problems, now weather Beck has trained electrical techs on duty it seems they don't to me it seems that beck is only looking to work on simple issues and make that quick buck and to xxxx with the hard work, I will never ever visit Beck and Masten ever again. More

Duped by snake oil saleman. Lee, next time when a customer ask to view the cabin air filter, don't pretend it is impossible to do, that you need a special equipment to open it up Lee, next time when a customer ask to view the cabin air filter, don't pretend it is impossible to do, that you need a special equipment to open it up. The truth is, all you have to do is open the glove compartment on the Buick Enclave and show it. I knew I made a mistake by saying yes to your sale pitch, there is no way it cost $150 for just changing engine air filter and cabin air filter, but I was tired, and didnt think straight. What I should have done was to purchase your cabin air filter, walk over and put it in myself. Everyone make mistakes, but I am not going to repeat mine. I will take all my services, recalls, and future purchases of vehicle to other dealers. You guys should know that honest customer service, trust, and low price beat any new fancy building. More
