Negotiated for 3 days thru text and email came to agreement on trade to have car sold the morning salesman was suppose to be getting paperwork ready never heard anything waited till noon finally I te agreement on trade to have car sold the morning salesman was suppose to be getting paperwork ready never heard anything waited till noon finally I texted to see what was up, and was told car sold, I replied back with well don’t you think this is something you should have told me and got well it just sold this morning (again it was noon), They are not honest with their pricing and fees at all, watch what you are signing if you buy from them their intent is in their interest not making great customer service, glad the deal fell thru I don’t think I could sleep at night treating people like they do. Best of luck to them all. Horrible Experience. Makes me want to re-think the entire buying experience and just forget the Chevrolet. More
