Exactly what I asked for. I came to Beckman motors after shopping around Olathe and Shawnee Mission. I had Olathe Fords best price on a 2011 Edge limited edition and decided to I came to Beckman motors after shopping around Olathe and Shawnee Mission. I had Olathe Fords best price on a 2011 Edge limited edition and decided to call because my parents purchase all of their cars/trucks at Beckman motors. They were able to put me in a 2013 limited edition Edge with equal miles, $300 cheaper & delivered it to my home 2 days later. I would recommend Beckman Motors to anyone, and will be back in the future. More

Great Experience All personnel I spoke to and worked with were very good. The process of getting the car I chose was quick and efficiently handled. Although I only had a couple of questions during the process, they were answered quickly and thoroughly. Very streamlined process, all paperwork was ready when I returned to close the deal and explained fully. I enjoyed the "no pressure" atmosphere. I told Ray Beckman what I was looking for, my price range, and he took it from there. I feel I got the best deal they could get me in the vehicle I decided on. Over the years, I've purchased other vehicles, the majority of those experiences were not like this one. Other dealerships can take lessons from Beckmans, how they operate and how they treat their customers. A very professional and customer focused organization. Everyone was friendly and easy to work with. When I'm ready for another vehicle, I'll go back. More

Raymond Beckman found me the truck I wanted and got it to his dealership in August knowing I wouldn't be ready to purchase until November at earliest. He said no problem holding it for me and would consider it sold until I was ready. I finally bought it this week and picked up yesterday. What he gave me for my trade in was incredible as well. I've taken wife's vehicle there for service as well. So much cheaper than what KC dealership wanted to charge to fix. Even dropped off a loaner vehicle at our house in Olathe and picked ours up and returned. More
