This is the sixth new vehicle that I have purchased from Beechmont Ford. I feel that I have been treated well here, so I come back. I like Ford for several reasons. I was in the market for a new automobile and I had liked the previous Ford Explorer I had used as a company leased vehicle. I had planned to shop around at different dealers for the best deal but once I had the previous Ford Explorer I had used as a company leased vehicle. I had planned to shop around at different dealers for the best deal but once I had started working with Jim Couch and felt he was putting in a good effort to help me find what I was looking for I continued to work the deal with him. It also helped that the dealer inventory had two vehicles I would have been very satisfied with and did not need to order or look at other dealers inventory. I do feel I received the best deal for the short time it took for me to make the purchase. I was satisfied with the way the negotiations went and it did not take a long time to reach a good compromise. The Explorer was prepped and ready to go in less than an hour and my wife and I left as very satisfied customers with our new purchase. More

My son, Ben, purchased Ford Focus ST last year from Dick Barrick. He had previously visited the dealership and a different salesman was supposed to follow up with information he requested via email. When he was ready to purchase, he visited Dick and had a great experience.
