We had originally requested to buy a 2013 Ford Escape with certain options for a specific price. However, Mr. Barrick contacted us and told us that the color we requested was not available in the region with certain options for a specific price. However, Mr. Barrick contacted us and told us that the color we requested was not available in the region and would another color do. He was then able to find us a model with the same options but with a premium color (which we liked) but we could have it at the same price we were willing to pay. He was very professional and did not use high pressure techniques. It was perhaps the most enjoyable new-car purchase I've ever had. More
