We were looking for a new car and knew exactly what model we wanted. We also had a possible trade in. I have never had a car buying experience go so smoothly. Our sales rep., Bill Gramman, took very good care of us. Since we are long term vehicle owners, the packages offered to us for protecting our vehicle made perfect sense.
