Always fair and good to deal with I've had 2 different Subaru's over they last 6 years or so both from Beechmont. Our first Subaru We were looking for a new vehicle to replace our Volvo ( used to be Volvo folks but quality has really gone downhill ) . Two of our friends recently bought Subs from this dealership. I decided on a Sub model on a Monday . On Tuesday , my salesperson, Tom Friesen , found the my vehicle. I drove it home on Thursday ! They were really more than fair with our trade-in. This was seriously the easiest and best car buying experience. BTW, just love our new Sub!!! More

Being from out of town I was concerned that the information I found a vehicle being sold by Beechmont through autotrader at a very competitive price. Being from out of town I was concerned that the information I received online and over the phone would be inflated, wasting my time and money. Anees picked me up from the bus station and brought me to the dealership. The vehicle was exactly as he had described. I was impressed with his honesty, giving me the room I needed to inspect the vehicle, and was able to answer all my questions and concerns. Anees did a great job and made this the easiest car buying experience I've ever had. In less than 2 hours from arriving at Beechmont Subaru for the first time, I was driving home in my new purchase. Informative, no pressure experience! We had narrowed down our search for a new car to either the Honda CRV or the Subaru Forester. Since I had driven a Honda for over 20 years, I was lea We had narrowed down our search for a new car to either the Honda CRV or the Subaru Forester. Since I had driven a Honda for over 20 years, I was leaning towards the CRV. We visited Beechmont Subaru one evening and met Joe Plemen. He answered all our questions and took us on a nice test drive of the Forester. After that experience, I was sold! I gave my husband "the signal" to start negotiations. We had already researched prices and were prepared to "battle." There was no need to since Joe sat us down and actually gave us the price we wanted! We looked at the incoming inventory for color choices/options and saw that the car we wanted was arriving in 1 week. We put down a deposit. Joe texted us and kept us updated on the car's arrival. About a day before the car was to be ready, Joe called to get information from us so we can get some of the paperwork done beforehand. We set up a time to come by and everything was ready when we got there. After paperwork and a thorough orientation to our new car, we were off in a little over an hour!! Great experience and would highly recommend this dealership! More
