Words cannot express my gratitude for the help of Todd Gray with Beechmont Subaru. It's been a difficult few years and Todd was there for us every step of the way. I'm embarrassed to say that due to various things that came up, I actually stood him up twice. Twice,.. on days where he had come in (on his hard earned days off!) just to help me with questions or make the car purchasing process easier for me. Even though I'd stood him up more than once, Todd's kindness, commitment and desire to help me find the right and perfect car for me never faltered or swayed. Fantastic Customer Service! I recently purchased my first Subaru from this dealership, after my brother purchased one a few months prior. We originally went to Kings and had a rather poor experience, it seemed as though everyone couldn't be bothered to help us and we were ignored the entire time we were there. We decided to check out Beechmont Subaru and man am I glad we did. I was with my brother during his car purchasing experience and saw the level of professionalism and outstanding customer service provided by this dealership.
