Buying a Toyota Matrix Tom was the sales person that I was dealing with for buying my 2009 Toyota Matrix. He was very friendly and outgoing. I came back the next day to purchase the car and finished the paperwork. I dealt with another sales person that was very nice. He told me my car would have $20 worth of gas put in and detailed. After I purchased the car, I realized it didn't have $20 worth of gas and was not detailed. Those were the only things that I was unsatisifed with was the gas and not clean. Overall, the sales people were great. More

From there, the sales guy Mike Amshoff was outstanding. He was able to do most of the leg work before I came in so that all that needed to happen was was negotiating the trade and the sticker price. I was very happy with the terms and I was in and out in under 2 hours which is definitely a first. I would highly recommend them for future purchases. More

One salesmen accused me of wanting a car I was test driving because it was "pretty." Jay did not talk down to me. He was nice, positive and respected my opinions.
