I wasn't completely set on the vehicle I came in on so he listened to my needs and showed me quite a few that fit both my needs and budget. The negotiation process was very smooth and at no time did it feel disingenuous trying to add in unneeded warranties, etc.. The finance team worked hard and was able to get a very nice rate and terms. In fact when I returned the following day to pick up the vehicle they had secured an even better loan than we had agreed upon the day before. After the sale I had a small issue with the paperwork that was quickly taken care of followed by an issue with the car that was not covered by any warranty yet they brought the car in right away and fixed it anyway. Over the years I have bought dozens of cars, many of them through dealerships This place is a class act all the way around. I would go far out of my way to buy from them over dozens of other choices in the tri-state area. More

Last car payment 14 years ago I started searching to buy a new all wheel drive SUV by comparing Honda, Toyota and Subaru. I liked all the products I researched on the WEB but I wa I started searching to buy a new all wheel drive SUV by comparing Honda, Toyota and Subaru. I liked all the products I researched on the WEB but I was confounded that only one offered a manual transmission. I have been driving a standard for several years and really prefer them over automatics. I live in a rural area and drive an hour one way to work and have a job that I haven't called off for snow days in twenty years. I needed a dependable gas miser to drive for the next several years before I retire. I didn't bother test driving the Hondas or Toyotas and went right for the Subaru Forester test drive at Beechmont Subaru. My husband and I dropped in and was immediately approached by Joe Jenkins in sales. He was very accomodating for just dropping in. Unfortuantely there were no new manual transmissions on the lot so I drove a turbo charged CVT Forester; it was exceptional! I almost changed my mind about a standard.......... But I knew I'd better stick with the stick shift or I'd probably get some speeding tickets with that turbo. Anyway a 6 speed was enroute so we put some money down on it and waited a longggggggggggg two weeks for it to come in. It was prepped and we were driving it off the lot in less than hour and half. I was so excited; it was everything we had anticipated. I haven't had a new car for a long time but it was worth the wait. Beechmont Subaru is the closest dealership to my rural homestead which was why we chose them; we will stay with them due to their friendly service and free oil changes for life! More

New car purchase We had been in to test drive the Legacy a few months before purchase. We explained to Jeff that we were in the process of test driving cars to determine what we liked, that we may not purchase a vehicle for several months and that we viewed a new car puchase as a long term investment. Jeff listened to what we had to say and answered our questions. Jeff followed up with a phone call a few weeks later, asking if we had any questions or if he could help us. We explained we were not ready to purchase and Jeff said for us to give him a call when we were ready. That day happened and all it took was a phone call. All the paperwork and financing was initiated over the phone and we picked up our car that evening. I appreciate the way Jeff handled our situation as I do not spend this amount of money lightly, I want to be sure what I am buying is what I want and I really dislike feeling pressured. Thank you Jeff for making this a good car buying experience for us. More

The salesman, Mike Amshoff, was very informative and found me the exact vehicle that I wanted and had it delivered in a timely fashion. They were able to include all of the extras on my new vehicle. Upon delivery, Mike clearly explained all of the different aspects of my new vehicle, including the gps, bluetooth, and other new features.
