I happened to be between a rock and a hard place: - I have a 2004 Acura RL that runs like a top and I dearly love - I have an 80 lb. German Shepherd Sue, got her a year ago; she takes up a whole back seat, so no room for rear passengers I started looking, initially at Acura MDVs, then a very honest sales person at Columbia Acura Dan Conrad suggested I look at Subaru Outbacks. God bless him, this turned out to be the right vehicle. After an Internet search, I connected with Beechmont Subaru. These folks are golden - they were responsive with quotations, they are price-competitive, their buying process is very friendly and stress-free. They work as a team and make the whole experience tolerable and even enjoyable at times. These people at the tops in my book, top to bottom. They truly made me feel valued - Dan Mercurio, their took the time to come out and shake my hand. Linda Caruso handled the financial process smoothly. Most importantly, Jay Schneiders walked me through the entire process with clarily and patience with my questions. Subaru of Beechmont - you are tops in my book. Excellent Experience I visited Beechmont Subaru a few weeks ago. Having never bought or leased a brand new vehicle, I was somewhat skeptical going in. Jeff introduced hims I visited Beechmont Subaru a few weeks ago. Having never bought or leased a brand new vehicle, I was somewhat skeptical going in. Jeff introduced himself to me and I to him. We hit it off right away, exchanging banter and small talk. My experience only got better after that. I brought my wife in to see Jeff the very next day and we left later that night with a 2014 Legacy. I got, what I feel, a very fair trade-in value for her old car, as well as a very reasonable monthly lease. In short, I told Mr. Bevis exactly what I wanted, WHY I wanted it, and where I stood from a financial perspective. Suffice it to say that I'm really a little shocked (and certainly grateful) that Jeff was able to accommodate me in such an enjoyable fashion. I will absolutely and without any hesitation be visiting Jeff in 36 months for another purchase. More
Outback #2 I visited Beechmont Subaru because the lease on my Outback was ending. I was met at the door by salesman Todd Gray who proceeded to show me my options I visited Beechmont Subaru because the lease on my Outback was ending. I was met at the door by salesman Todd Gray who proceeded to show me my options with regards to color. He already knew that I wanted another Outback Limited. I was encouraged to take a test drive to get the feel for the 2014 model. I proceeded to drive on surface streets as well as the Interstate to see how the car handled in both instances. When I returned to the dealership Todd was busy with another customer but my wait was only a few minutes. He gave me his undivided attention but yet I did not feel pressured or hurried at all. Since I'm the daughter of a car salesman(now deceased), that meant a lot to me. If I feel pressured, I'll walk away. I've dealt with the folks at Beechmont Subaru for 3 years - I leased my first Outback there in 2011. The staff at the dealership is great - they seem to go out of their way to make sure your needs are being met. I would highly recommend the dealership and Todd Gray in particular to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle More

I first went to the dealersh I purchased a 2014 XV Crosstrek on 5/15/2014 from Todd Gray and it was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. I first went to the dealership on Monday and told him I was looking to trade in my 2011 Challenger for something more practical and weather/offroad capable. I had been looking at the Crosstrek online and we took it for a test drive that night. Todd was very knowledgeable and helpful, answering all of my questions without needing to check any documentation. I received a fair trade in price for the Challenger based off of Edmunds and KBB. While he didn't have the exact color/trim combo I was looking for, he was able to obtain one from West Virginia and had it to me three days later. I am very satisfied with my car buying experience with Todd at Beechmont Subaru and will continue to do business with them. More

Just looking On a whim I met Jeff when I went in to the showroom to inquire about trading in my 2013 Forester. He made me feel right at ease and totally knocked my socks off when he told me he didn't have a 2014 left in stock that he could sell me. Somehow we got on the subject of color and once I mentioned that I wanted a black interior he said that I would then want the silver exterior and that he had a silver 2015 in the lot. At first, I'll be honest, I wasn't sure that color choice was true until I had the cashier confirm, totally by accident, that the silver was the color I needed. Jeff had me sit in the car explained about the features of the 2015 got me trade in finance numbers and before I knew it I was driving the silver 2015 Forester home. Thanks to Jeff I bought the coating package and he loaned me his car to drive while I was getting the process done. This is my third experience for buying a car at Beechnut Subaru and by far the best. More
Great experience I have purchased 6 cars in the last 17 years. I've dealt with many dealers and dealerships along the way. I must stay that this was the quickest and most honest transaction I've ever made. Test drove the car on Sunday and walked out with a new car on Tuesday. They offered a great internet price and honored it when we sat down at the table. They were able to meet my trade price within 5 minutes of talking to the manager and boom the deal was done. No pressure, no nonsense and extremely pleasant staff all the way around!! From the salesman, manager and the finance staff. Walked out knowing I got a great deal on a great car with a very fair trade price. I would highly recommend Beechmont Subaru to friends. And I LOVE the car so far!!! More

Once I got there Jeff greeted me at the door and we talked for a few minutes about my visit. I was there to talk about the new wrx that had only been out for a few weeks. Knowing that it was taking the average person almost 2 months to get theirs I didn't expect him to come back and say that he would have one ready by the weekend. Overall I spent no more than an hour and a half at the dealership. All my past experiences generally turned into an entire day but not this one! I'm a huge fan of the way he minimized time where he could making this a pleasant and fast experience. I plan to return in the future when it's time to replace my wife's suv. Thanks! More

Not at all like the previous dealerships on other vehicles we talked / tested SUV. They just wanted to play games and not get to the best price or trade-in value. We did not make our decision on our first visit but after more research on the vehicle we knew the Forester was a great match for what we were looking for. Jeff made the process actually easy and enjoyable. The dealerships financing / leasing end process went smooth as well. We would recommend Jeff and dealership team to third parties. More
