Sales Consultant Joe Jenkins was excellent throughout the entire sales process .I had a special need situation with my mother in-law in final stages of cancer at my home where my wife could not be part of th entire sales process .I had a special need situation with my mother in-law in final stages of cancer at my home where my wife could not be part of the sales process due to caring for her mother. Joe Jenkins work with me and our Credit Union for one solid week day and night from a distance of 118 miles away with-out ever meeting Joe Jenkin until 3-8-14. Joe Jenkins sensitivity ,consistent patience and knowledge of the Subaru product was a 10 rating. I recommend Joe Jenkins as your Sales Consultant for your next vehicle purchase. With much appreciation to Joe we bought our Subaru Crosstrek and I will always remember Joe Jenkins for his KINDNESS to our family in time of need. He's much more then a car sales person. On 02/13/2014 I went to Beechmont Subaru looking for a 2011 Buick Regal Cxl Turbo that I had came across online. I was initially helped out by Jeff Bevis and took the car for a test drive. Once I returned 2011 Buick Regal Cxl Turbo that I had came across online. I was initially helped out by Jeff Bevis and took the car for a test drive. Once I returned to the dealer I informed Jeff that I liked the car alot and wanted to set an appointment with him for the following morning to come back and talk more about the car. Without being pushy Jeff agreed and set me up to meet him there at 10 am. The next morning when I arrived Jeff was ready for me and I came in and sat right down and we began to discuss the car and different options that made the most sense for me. After our brief discussions I decided I wanted to purchase the car and Jeff was extremely helpful and nonagressive nor pushy and made the whole process comfortable. I applaud Jeff and the rest of the staff that played a part in my purchase on 02/14/2014 for their honesty, professionalism, and uncanny ability to make the whole process feel like a breeze. I believe they have earned a customer for life. Their inventory is great and their financing department is great. I would definitely recommend this dealership to others! More

Joe did a great job providing support for all of my questions and concerns. I came in knowing what I wanted, and he made sure I got that taken care of as soon as he could.
