We couldn't be happier with my experience at Beechmont Subaru. I felt totally comfortable right away when we met Joe. He was extremely friendly and informative. But most important to us is he wasn't pushy about trying to "make the sale". He gave us all the information we needed to consider our choice. We went to at least 8 other dealerships and they all were way to pushy with us. They tried to really force us into making a decision on the spot. Joe was awesome. He answered all our questions and made us feel at ease. We were so happy with our treatment that two weeks to the day after we bought our new outback we came back and bought a second used Subaru impreza. I know with Subaru's quality cars we won't need a new one for a long time. But when the day comes again we will certainly go straight there!!! I had purchased a Pruis V Toyota in July 2013. The van was roomy and I was getting around 55 mph. There were several rainy days and the 'control' driving on wet pavement was terrible. The car did not have the traction needed to get out into traffic quickly and I needed to have significant space between the car in front of me in order to stop. Brakes were soft probably due to the Hybrid Style of the car. Feeling very unsafe in the Pruis Five, before I had even reached 5000 miles on the car, I walked in to Beechmont Subaru and test drove several vehicles. Safety and comfort were what I was looking for and I drove away with a new Forrester. I must say that I LOVE this car. I feel safe, can go anywhere in the snow and ice we have had this winter and it is so comfortable to drive. Thank you David Clarke for your wonderful spirit, Subaru information and support during the purchase process. ps: During these very cold months I am averaging about 22 mpg mostly city driving. More
I've been to several dealerships and not sure what I wanted. Beechmont Subaru was very patient and helpful finding the vehicle to suit my needs. I was at Jeff Wyler and I was very insulted in the trade-in value they offered me and they wouldn't budge on their price. I wouldn't buy a glass of ice water from Jeff Wyler even if I was in xxxx. They're an embarrassment to their profession and they don't care about you as an individual. MONEY...MONEY...MONEY is all Jeff Wyler cares about not the individual. You leave his kingdom of vehicles thinking your vehicle is garbage as well as yourself. Not for me, I'll stick to Beechmont Subaru where people know how to treat you and really appreciate your business. Thanks again Joe and your crew!!! I love my car!!! Tim More

My husband and I have owned Subarus for a number of years and could not be happier with the cars. We live out in the country where there are a lot of hills and curves and would not be able to get around with and could not be happier with the cars. We live out in the country where there are a lot of hills and curves and would not be able to get around without our AWD Subarus. We have purchased our cars from different dealers but have never been as satisfied as we are with the Beechmont Subaru dealership. We were treated incredibly well and our salesman ( Jay Schneiders ) was outstanding. He went above and beyond what would be expected of him to make sure that our purchase was everything we could ask for and more. We will definitely be dealing only with him and only at this dealership from now on. We have already referred him and the dealership to many of our friends and relatives not to mention the people we work with. I just want to thank Jay and the company for their expertise and friendliness when dealing with us and I want to make sure that anyone that searches this site knows what a wonderful experience we had at this company with Jay. We would gladly give Jay and Beechmont Subaru a 10!!!!! More

This buying experience was quite different than any of my previous car-buying experiences because the salesman did not pressure us at all and he allowed us as much time as we needed to look through the car w previous car-buying experiences because the salesman did not pressure us at all and he allowed us as much time as we needed to look through the car without hovering around us. Dave was very helpful regarding the service history.
