First of all the buying experience went well. No pressure from Joe and we received fair treatment on our trade-in. the first day of driving, our new-used Subaru Outback had a flat tire. The car was under warranty, but because the purchase was so recent all the paper work was not yet completed by the dealer or received by the warranty company. The service department worked with us to resolve the problem to our satisfaction. We recommend both the staff and the service at Beechmont Subaru. More
The Service Department at Beechmont Subaru is terrible. The service advisors favorite comment is "I don't think" or "I try not to think"... and it shows in his customer focus and problem solving skills. It probably is also a reflection of the technicians there too. Three trips there for the same problem, $$$$$ of my money and the car still doesn't run. Despite reassurances from Rob that the problem is fixed, it isn’t. He was adamant he had it fixed. If it wasn’t fixed to call him back and he’d take care of it. The car went less than 24 hrs before the same thing. When I called, Rob said it can’t be what they fixed and was probably a different problem and yet here we are with the same symptoms and failure. Rob said to bing it to them again, for the fourth time, and he'd be happy to look at it at my expense. I bet he would be happy to keep making guesses to keep the revenue stream coming. Despite being the experts, these guys are clueless. Love? It's what makes Subaru a Subaru. I certainly felt the love from Beechmont Subaru … the love of my money. I visited the dealership to see a Ford Fusion listed on Cincinnati.com. I almost did not make the trip because of prior bad reviews given to this Dealership. I was met at the door by Dave Smith. This was my first car buying experience although i'm not unfamiliar with cars. David was very helpful and informative in the initial test drive. He came out and told us what the dealership had put into the car and what they were expecting out of it which made 'negotiating' a breeze. Being slightly unfamiliar with Subaru, David was sure to inform us of the growing trend and reliability of the brand. He also explained how historically, Subaru's have been holding their value. When we returned to purchase, David was out of the office so Ron, Sam, and the lady (not sure her name) made sure we had everything we needed and nothing we didn't (we will be seeing them often during maintenance so they better have!). The three of them made the whole experience wonderful and to top it all off, the dealership had some pretty great incentives on finance rates, oil changes, maintenance, roadside assistance, and loaner cars. Make sure you buy the extended warranty with the applicable used cars, I feel protected having it and will no longer be without a car when its being serviced! Great work guys! More

I started my transaction on line, and when I emailed the dealership about the car I was interested in, I received a reply early the following day. That interaction was great, and I was allowed to set up an dealership about the car I was interested in, I received a reply early the following day. That interaction was great, and I was allowed to set up an appointment to test drive at my convenience with no pressure. When I got to the dealership, I was greeted at the door and after some brief introductions and conversation about what I was looking for, I was allowed to test drive the car (similar to the one I wanted, which was on a truck being delivered to the dealership). There was still no pressure, I got the price I wanted, and the car I wanted came in quickly. When I went to pick it up, everything went very smoothly with no surprises - there were no changes, and when I said no to lots of extras and extended coverage, Todd and Nikki moved right along and honored my choices. Todd was extremely helpful with getting me familiar with the car, and patiently and completely answered all the questions I had and stated that he was always available if anything were to come up that we may not have gone over. Overall this is one of the best car buying experiences that I've had. More

I found my new to me car online - I called Beechmont to take a look. Ron was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I received an incredible interest rate thanks to their efforts. Considering it my first time purchasing a car, I had a lot of questions and they did a great job in explaining the whole process. A couple of months later, I took my car in for a oil change and to a have squeaking noise looked at. Not only did they fix the noise, give me a free oil change, they also washed my car! During my wait, I had a coffee and wi-fi available for me - which was wonderful because I was able to get a good amount of work done. I am extremely satisfied with their quality of work and customer service and would highly recommend them. More
