jcombs, I am as shocked as you are about the work performed on your car. I did some research on the history of your car to see who performed the work the first time. I wanted to questions them, but as luck would have it, they no longer work here. The second error was performed by one of our newest employees and your situation is being discussed with this technician today. Thank you for the response, I took the car to Beechmont Ford and it had a busted Shock absorber. This will explain the spots under the car, they stated that there was no other leaks. After my first experience I felt I was having the problem over, and will always think about if the job has been done completely. Your response is greatly appreciated and should be noted. I will update my feedback.
