Took the fusion there for the first oil change about 2 weeks later noticed oil under my car. Took it to Valveoline and the techs there said the oil filter did not fit properly and was just barley hanging on with oil shooting out of the sides. Informed Beechmont Subaru of this and they did reimburse me and admitted they use aftermarket oil filters I imagine they do this because of all the nonsubaru cars they sell used. Well, I took my car there for one more shot and I will be damnned if I just didn't notice a couple of fresh oil spots in my driveway.. Just cant believe it. I feel that the offer of free oil changes to sell the car and their inability to perform the promise is a fail of sell. We will see. Disgusted. More
Beechmont Subaru Serivce = HACKS!! Bought a 2010 Subaru Legacy 3.6R in November 2010. Included free oil changes for life of ownership. After 2.5 years and appox 44,000 miles Beechmont Bought a 2010 Subaru Legacy 3.6R in November 2010. Included free oil changes for life of ownership. After 2.5 years and appox 44,000 miles Beechmont Subaru leaves the drain plug loose and nearly all of the oil leaks out of engine. The engine was consuming quarts of oil between intervals. After year and a half and 40,000 miles driven, I was still fighting with them about oil consumption, finally performed oil consumption test and the engine fails. Subaru Corporate agrees to change out the short block. After 6 months of driving with new engine, Idler Pulley and Tensioner Pulley is reported that their failing. Idler pulley fails three hours after leaving Beechmont Subaru. Bolt is hand tight, Bearing completely failed and Belt is in shreds. John tells me the bolt was tight 6 months ago and that my case on overtorquing or undertorquing would never hold up in court. Every bolt on vehicle has a torque he said. Funny, didn't Beechmont subaru leave my oil plug loose!!!!! Beechmont Subaru takes no ownership and passes blame on customer. I was left with John telling me there is no way we can do business anymore. I am to difficult of a customer. ( Perhaps trying to talk technical and scam customers don't work when dealing with an Aviation/Automotive Mechanic that calls B.S!!! For now on I have to go in and have them give me the free oil and filter so I can change it myself. If you see me walking out with oil and a filter from the service center, feel free to approach and let me share my story!!! I am tired of being told lies!! Never Again Beechmont Subaru, NEVER AGAIN!!! More

Nothing but issues This dealership replaced my motor which was under warranty, while they did that I had them replace my flywheel and clutch. I had 75% life left on it This dealership replaced my motor which was under warranty, while they did that I had them replace my flywheel and clutch. I had 75% life left on it at 60000 miles but figured I'd save some money while they had the motor out. 2500 miles came and the clutch went out, the dealership told me I rode the clutch pedal and thats why it went out. When I asked how I was able to drive 60000 miles on the old clutch without burning the clutch out if what they said was true they had no response. So I had to pay for another flywheel, clutch and install. After they did that they installed it wrong again this time costing me a O2 sensor that they didn't put back correct. Stay far away from these guys they will cost you nothing but money. Go to kings they are cheaper and are far better. More

The Service Department at Beechmont Subaru is terrible. The service advisors favorite comment is "I don't think" or "I try not to think"... and it shows in his customer focus and problem solving skills. It The service advisors favorite comment is "I don't think" or "I try not to think"... and it shows in his customer focus and problem solving skills. It probably is also a reflection of the technicians there too. Three trips there for the same problem, $$$$$ of my money and the car still doesn't run. Despite reassurances from Rob that the problem is fixed, it isn’t. He was adamant he had it fixed. If it wasn’t fixed to call him back and he’d take care of it. The car went less than 24 hrs before the same thing. When I called, Rob said it can’t be what they fixed and was probably a different problem and yet here we are with the same symptoms and failure. Rob said to bing it to them again, for the fourth time, and he'd be happy to look at it at my expense. I bet he would be happy to keep making guesses to keep the revenue stream coming. Despite being the experts, these guys are clueless. Love? It's what makes Subaru a Subaru. I certainly felt the love from Beechmont Subaru … the love of my money. I am currently taking care of my aunts car while she is out of town and had scheduled an oil change so I figured while I was waiting I would look to see if there were any used cars within my price range. I out of town and had scheduled an oil change so I figured while I was waiting I would look to see if there were any used cars within my price range. I made some tea and walked over to Todd while he was about to eat his lunch and asked if he wouldn't mind helping me look. He was super nice and welcoming and made me feel like we could really find something I would like. After we scanned the computer and printed a couple car fax's we checked out some cars. I immediately found a car I was interested in and made a deal. It was that easy! Thank you so much for employing patient and courteous people like Todd. I had a great time while I was there and everyone involved seemed very in tune with one another and made it an all over excellent experience for me. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone! More
John Kirker has handled numerous body shop related items for my family and I. Each experience we have had has been better than the last. Not only is his work impeccable, but he takes the time to explain to for my family and I. Each experience we have had has been better than the last. Not only is his work impeccable, but he takes the time to explain to us what is being done and why. I have never left John's shop and felt like my money was not well spent. Regradless of what job he is doing for us, the experience is ALWAYS excellent. Great job to you John Kirker and Beechmont Subaru! More
So far I have a good experience with this dealership. I get my VW's oil changed there regularly. With my type of engine "turbo" it is common for it to go through oil faster than non-turbo engines. With a get my VW's oil changed there regularly. With my type of engine "turbo" it is common for it to go through oil faster than non-turbo engines. With a quick phone call I can go right in and they will top it off on synthetic oil for no charge. Steve in service is great but the other older grey haired gentleman is not very nice and makes it seem like you are bothering him most of the time while doing his best not to look at you. This guy hates life and needs to find another job away from the public. Keep up the good work Steve....as for the other guy...well...go to a higher end dealership, they probably appreciate your type of "customer service". Note to people visiting this service department...just ask for Steve. More
