Great experience I just had my 2012 Jetta in for the 20000 mi service. They got started on my vehicle right at my appointment time, and made sure I was comfortable wh I just had my 2012 Jetta in for the 20000 mi service. stress-free service In for my 10k service, including an oil change, and tire rotation. '13 Golf-R at one year later I barely squeak past 7400 miles, but a year is a year, In for my 10k service, including an oil change, and tire rotation. '13 Golf-R at one year later I barely squeak past 7400 miles, but a year is a year, and Beechmont VW took care of my car. Friendly service tech and other staff including the service manager. He remembered me from 12 months ago when I'd brought the car back in to remove a dried substance from the windshield (Glue?). Not bad at all. I have only one area of concern about the facility itself, and not the crew. That is the restroom nearest the customer waiting lounge. It's a public toilet with one "facility" in it . customers and employees were in and out; one at a time. Man. Woman. I could imagine most guys missing the mark, and women wondering who left the seat up! Separate facilities and room for more than one at a time, please. BTW, the service tech is to be congratulated for taking the time to thoroughly answer my tech questions . Nicely done More
