I called about 2 weeks before to set up an appointment with the service department to fix all the recalls and three other items that needed repairs on my 2015 Ford F-150 King Ranch truck. He was very courteous, polite, and knowledgeable. He called me to inform me about other items that needed attention on my truck, along with the things I came in to fix. He quoted me the price for all items. I requested just the items that I needed at that time. He called me back with the price and I told him to fix the three items I needed. If he could not get me directly, he left a message for me to contact him. When I picked up my vehicle, he was polite and courteous. After informing me of where the cashier was located, I went to pay my bill. The cashier (I don't recall her name) was also polite and courteous. I was extremely satisfied with my experience and will be back as needed. I will recommend Belk Ford Service Department to everyone. Thank you so much for your wonderful service. More

Blake, the service mgr and the gentleman who recorded my information made me feel comfortable with leaving my Explorer in their hands/shop courtesy.
