The sales and finance staff were remarkable, but if I had to choose my next vehicle based on the service center, I'd look elsewhere. We walked into the service center as our car was across the street with a dead battery. The first service technician, a female, told us she wasn’t going to be able to help. She couldn’t find her manager, a the street with a dead battery. The first service technician, a female, told us she wasn’t going to be able to help. She couldn’t find her manager, and they didn’t have any kind of service truck to respond across the street. As we were leaving, we ran into a gentleman, Kyle, who told us a completely different story had our car jumped off, brought into the shop. Check the electrical system and replaced our battery. Had we not run into Kyle my response to this entire service review would have been 180° different. More
