The original salesman I was working with was gone the day after my test drive. The deal we made was adjusted, including the price of the car increasing. I asked for some reassurance that the details of the agreement would be met in time, but because they could not provide me that, I decided to test drive at another dealership. When I told them I was driving a car elsewhere I was met with hostility and sarcasm. Car buying experiences should be pleasant, and after my original salesman left this dealership, this experience was anything but pleasant. I ended up buying that very next car I drove at the other dealership, as I was a serious buyer. I hope in the future they will try harder to meet the customers needs and satisfy them. I honestly didn’t even feel like they wanted to sell me that car! More

The Service Department staff at Bell & Bell were courteous and professional. I had scheduled my first oil change and tire rotation there. I had also asked that they check on a recent issue with the courteous and professional. I had scheduled my first oil change and tire rotation there. I had also asked that they check on a recent issue with the blind-spot mirror alerts our not working. It took about an hour and a half for them to complete the oil change, tire rotation and their evaluation. No working findings on my blind-spot issue, but it's still working now. More

So disappointed in the service. Did an oil change when I didn’t need one instead of telling me not necessary at this point. I had to go to a mechanic after going to them instead of them telling me SC doesn’t do it. Had a recall and didn’t tell me they had to order part just made me sit for 45 minutes thinking they did it.
