I’m from Massachusetts and had a problem with my 2021 GMC Yukon. I called them Saturday of Memorial Day Weekend and they gave me a 7:45 appointment on Memorial Day! They had the issue fixed by lunch. Melissa handled our problem with a clogged AC line. We came in with a problem with radio. The technician discovered the wet carpeting. Carpet replaced in front seat area and rear seat area dried out.
