So disappointed in the service. Did an oil change when I didn’t need one instead of telling me not necessary at this point. Thought I was getting an inspection done living in N.C. you need one and they did didn’t need one instead of telling me not necessary at this point. I had to go to a mechanic after going to them instead of them telling me SC doesn’t do it. Had a recall and didn’t tell me they had to order part just made me sit for 45 minutes thinking they did it. Bell & Bell has waiting room with TV, coffee and clean rest room for customers while their vehicle is under going service. I my case the job was done on time, plus additional full service check.
