I would never use this dealership service, took my truck in with engine light on, charged me $450. Dollars , all good ,,,, not drove fifty miles light comes back on, take it back to service department, says in with engine light on, charged me $450. Bought a 2024 new Canyon in March. A/C has failed for 3rd time. Went in Saturday and a salesperson took down info, said I would be called back Monday, yesterday. Angry that I wasn't given a vehicle to use until issue is fixed. Sucks driving a vehicle with no A/C in the Carolinas in August. Beware if you are wanting to buy a Canyon AT4X AEV. To make matters worse, Melissa in service was way less than helpful on the first repair. More

Just had engine replaced in my 2019 Siera with only 76000 miles on it,picked up yesterday afternoon and 60 miles on new engine serpentine belt already fraying and A/C has quit working you would think in you miles on it,picked up yesterday afternoon and 60 miles on new engine serpentine belt already fraying and A/C has quit working you would think in you put a new engine it you would have replaced belt.The parts that they used off of old engine wasn't even cleaned when removed. Spend over $10,000 and this is what I get. More
