Went in for a service call, never was told about a diagnostic fee. They said my vehicle was out of warranty my warranty is 60,000 miles powertrain. My vehicle has 53,000 miles. They will not do nothin diagnostic fee. They said my vehicle was out of warranty my warranty is 60,000 miles powertrain. My vehicle has 53,000 miles. They will not do nothing to correct. The issue spoke to the service manager about how we were treated by her employees Austin and she said I trust them after telling me he did not explain what he was supposed to just had me sign. Spoke with Hank. He told me they have to go off what their wand says and he will use all this as a learning curve. I asked how my vehicle would show a 20,000 mile difference with nothing’s been done to the vehicle again we have to go off with the one says I would watch that service department and use a different service department. They state they have no cameras in their service department. I would never take another vehicle or purchase a vehicle from this company, customer service and professionalism very poor. More
