Nice work… nailed it! (Pun intended) I've been bringing my 2008 Honda CR-V to the Bell Honda Service Center for 6 years and have always had decent experiences. In January, I brought it in I've been bringing my 2008 Honda CR-V to the Bell Honda Service Center for 6 years and have always had decent experiences. In January, I brought it in for 4 new tires, where I was greeted by service advisor Bryan Stevens. Bryan approached me with a smile, a friendly introduction, and then proceeded to go through the vehicle with me while not only addressing my car concerns, but getting to know me as a person, too. The service was completed same day, and I left with his business card and a reassurance that he would take care of any other issues should they come up. Last week, as I was driving to a client's office, the rear passenger tire blew out on the highway (an apparent deadly nail attack, RIP tire). When I got out to put the spare on, I had come to realize the wheel locks were not in the vehicle. I grabbed Bryan's business card out of my wallet and gave him a call. I had the car towed right over to Bell Honda where, once again, Bryan took care of everything quickly and efficiently. When I left, he assured me the wheel locks were in the vehicle now and apologized for them not being there before, even though it really was not his fault. He took ownership for a problem with which he had very little to do, and saw it through to the end to make sure everything was correct. His friendly attitude, effective communication, and timeliness are a rarity in general, let alone in the car service industry (no offense, guys). As someone who has worked in customer service based industries for 8+ years, I truly value and appreciate this level of service. Thanks for being rad, Bryan! Keep it up! PS - sorry you're now stuck with me for as long as I own a Honda. ;) More
George Haslerig is the best Assistant Service Manager! I have owned several Honda's and I even own a Ford and I will only take my Ford to George at Bell Honda. He always tells me like it is and is honest on what I need to get done now and what can wait. He always goes above and beyond and by far exceeds any standards that I have ever had with any service shop. He even offers me discounts when it's available! He is down right incredible and I always recommend him to anyone who says they have a vehicle issue. George, keep up the great work and Bell Honda is lucky to have you. I know I am!!! More
I made an appointment online with Jeff Anderson for an oil change. When I arrived Jeff was friendly and got my car in the shop for service. Within about 45 minutes, the inspection for my car was ready and oil change. When I arrived Jeff was friendly and got my car in the shop for service. Within about 45 minutes, the inspection for my car was ready and Jeff went over it with me. I don't know much about cars so he actually took me back in the shop and showed my the necessary repairs that were needed and he and the technician explained why. My car was fixed in a timely manner and the cost of repairs was good. Jeff is my New Service Advisor and I definitely recommend using him. More
I bought my car from Bell Honda & Jeff Anderson in 2011 and when I brought my car in for service he was now working over there & helped me again. I brought my Pilot in for my 60k service & Jeff was gr 2011 and when I brought my car in for service he was now working over there & helped me again. I brought my Pilot in for my 60k service & Jeff was great!!. He took care of all my needed service items and got my car up to a clean bill of health. We were from out of town and hoped to get our CRV looked at for an air conditioning problem before we left. Steve got us in 30 minutes after we called and the car was fixed by the next morning. Had the most awesome experience today at Bell Honda. Debbie Wilson,Service, was so competent & friendly. Part was ordered & installed quickly. They had me shuttled to great breakfast site, U.S. Egg, then picked up, taken back to dealer. Sat in beautiful spacious open WiFi Customer area where all other car owners were happily working on laptops, drinking beverages & eating popcorn, watching big screens. Communication about my car & areas to keep eye on for future were discussed, with no hard sell to schedule a fix. Though my car was way out of warranty, the part was replaced in Good Will, as failure could effect safety. I didn't even ask for that. PLUS they beautifully washed car better than any local car wash.I didn't ask for that either. I drove right past a closer Honda Dealer on FLW due to previous bad experiences, going twice as far to Bell Honda & it was worth it. They've earned a loyal customer & I recommend anyone in N.E. Scottsdale to make the drive to 7th Ave & Bell to Bell Honda. ( I mentioned George because while Debbie was tied up with another customer he checked in on me, let Debbie know I arrived for appt & made sure I knew I could get breakfast shuttle, get WiFi, etc.) Travis is doing something very right there because his service people are very genuine & relaxed in their excellent customer service skills! More
