They are not even giving me a loaner car because they say they don't have any cars available. It's a 2022 90K top-of-the-line Tahoe, and these guys crashed it. I would go somewhere else with your car. Update: Bellavia won't state how the incident happened, basically because they know their technician drove carelessly. They also stated they would fix the car according to their insurance requirements, not to how the car was when it was brought into the dealer. See attached. I returned my temporary plates on Dec 17. By dec 21&23, my temp plates were on ANOTHER CHEVY. Two EZ pass violations prove that My temp plate is on another car. And you don't need to worry about Covid because the dealership makes every effort to keep a germ free environment. They supplied masks and gloves (even though we brought our own masks) to wear when we came in so we could feel comfortable touching the cars, knowing that others would do the same.
