I have been looking for a particular vehicle for a couple weeks. One was located at this location, but I kept putting off checking it out, having terrible experiences with the previous owners. I have been working with Marcy as my car sales lady for the last 8 years. Between my family, my friends, and myself, We have purchased and my family, we have bought 7 cars for me, 3 for my sister in law, a the last 8 years. Between my family, my friends, and myself, We have purchased and my family, we have bought 7 cars for me, 3 for my sister in law, and one for a friend. She is honest and fair, but still made a profit. I saw a highlander hybrid from a different Ford store and I thought ford switched cars between Ford dealers all the time. but they don’t. She took my car I sent to her, and the dealership went and bought the car from the dealer and sold it to me. If Marcy hadn’t asked the guy about the car he wouldn’t have made the call. Long story short, I am driving currently my dream car. Thanks Marcy and I have to mention Sean as well the finance guy and the guy who made the call which I won’t lie I don’t know his name. Never spoke to him. But if I ever buy a car, or refer someone to buy a car, I will recommend Marcy. She truly is a dream to work with. Thanks Marcy. More
