We first met with Marc who was very helpful when we came in looking at Honda Pilots. He was very thorough at showing us all the new features about which we wouldn't have thought to ask. He was very patient as we ended up coming in several times. He was always very friendly and courteous and we actually enjoyed the experience, which is not very common when shopping for a new car.
