The phone number I was called from was +1 (407) 450-3262. We scheduled an appointment so that I could go to this dealership. The ad said: “ Only $1,000 down and your proof of income or W2 is all you need to drive away in a quality vehicle TODAY! No matter your credit, we're here to help you get financed! They told me that a salesman would be with me soon. I test drove the car I was interested in. The salesman took my personal information. I was denied and asked to speak to Ashley. The salesman called his sales manager. The sales manager was hostile and aggressive toward me. He asked me to leave. I walked away and went toward to restroom. I was threatened to be arrested by the police if I did not leave by this sales manager. I was calm, respectful and collected the entire time. This dealership is extremely unfriendly and unprofessional. Something strange is definitely going on here. I reached out to Ashley by phone, who did not respond to me. She did respond through Facebook messenger and asked who the sales manager was. I told her what happened and then she blocked me. I was nervous and have been shaky the entire time since leaving this dealership after the experience I had there. Please report this to the owner and have someone connect with me. I contacted Benji Auto Sales with the intention of buying a Tesla model Y, I had the misfortune of being paired with a lying xxxxxxx salesman named Ney. He tried to sell me on a Model Y and part of his sales a Tesla model Y, I had the misfortune of being paired with a lying xxxxxxx salesman named Ney. He tried to sell me on a Model Y and part of his sales pitch was the EV tax credit, when the rubber met the road he ultimately admitted that his dealership keeps the credit for themselves and still sells and markets the cars for under the $25k that is required for EV credit eligibility. This is unethical AND illegal. Once I landed on a car that seemed like a good deal I hired a local auto inspector to go view the car. Ney tried as hard as possible to convince me not to send an inspector saying it was a total waste of time and the car was in perfect shape. When the auto inspector got there he discovered tons of problems with the car. I told Ney I would only buy the car if they fixed the curb rash that was on all 4 wheels before delivery. Ney promised me the car would be fixed in time for the inspector to come the next day, ultimately the wheels were never fixed but Ney warranted that they were fixed until the inspector came by and provided evidence to me that that was not true. There was also a huge stain on the drivers side seat that Ney had excluded from all pictures and videos of the car. Also the inspector stated that any time he drove the car around the side mirrors folded in and the rearview mirror was loose and would shake or fall down. Ney tried to sell me an absolute piece of crap for $25k while not telling the truth about anything about the car, Especially the fact that multiple tires were repaired. Stay far far away, if you decide to buy a car from these lying xxxxxxxx then I would hire an inspector and do everything in person. Lastly, it has been 20days since I formally requested a refund on my $3k deposit and it still has not been processed. When I call to try to speak to the sales manager I get sent straight to voicemail or hung up on. Benji is a xxxxxxx organization that facilitates lying by their sales people. I fully expect to have to contest my credit card charge in order to get the $3k back given my experience with this company and specifically my sales person, Ney Limongi. Also Ney lied about the steering wheel leather being loose after I identified the issue in a video he sent me, screenshot attached as well as photo from the inspector showing that it is indeed loose on both sides. This is my second time writing this review as my first one got removed by them. Lying is clearly part of the program at Benji Auto Sales. More

They didn't resend me one. Finance department is super shady. Tried forcing me to buy gap insurance and tried to double charge me on warranties. STAY CLEAR OF THIS DEALERSHIP AND THEIR SHADY PRACTICES. More
