Recently purchased a Alpha Romeo for my wife. There were a couple of issues that the dealer promised that they would take care of and would make the arrangements the following business day. I waited patiently for a follow up call which we never received. I called several times to speak with the manager and was told that he was busy and would return my call before the end of the day. Again never received a follow up call. I was passed on to another gentlemen who stated that he would make the arrangements. I feel as though once you have left the dealership you are no longer on their radar. I hate leaving a negative review but I have no choice because we are not satisfied as of yet. More

The sale process was good and the staff was friendly. However, I got a flat 3 weeks after owning the car and took it to the tire center. They told me they could not fix the tire because the steel belt wa However, I got a flat 3 weeks after owning the car and took it to the tire center. They told me they could not fix the tire because the steel belt was showing through and the tires were unsafe. They also did a free brake inspection and said all four rotors and pads need to be replaced. They said the pads on the rear should have been replaced at 10 mm but we’re at three and in dangerous territory. I contacted Jose and was told they would do nothing for me because the car was sold as is. Selling a car with unsafe tires and brakes is likely illegal. Because of this experience I rated them a 2.
