I felt rushed once I was in the finance department with Mayour. When I was trying to read what I was signing he was kinda of rushing me. Instead of sitting patiently and let me read it to see if I have any Mayour. When I was trying to read what I was signing he was kinda of rushing me. I didn’t leave with the paperwork I signed, I had to come back another day for the paperwork. Once I came back to get the paperwork I noticed the vehicle was about $2,000 more than what Gelson showed me and no it’s not the dealership fees and things of that nature. I was told the vehicle advertised price was in $17,000’s but once I got my paperwork it was in the $19,000’s. I was in a rush the day I picked up the paperwork and didn’t see the price difference until I got home. I called to speak with someone and the receptionist said Gelson and the finance gut Mayour was busy. I left 3 messages with the receptionist and no one returned my call. I honestly wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone I know. I’ve took all of Benji auto labels and tags off of my vehicle because I wouldn’t want anyone to go there and the end results feel like they’ve been used. No I don’t need anyone to reach out to me regarding this survey. The damage is already done. More
