Customer service is great when you go visit them to buy a car but after you bought a car it was hard to get a hold of them through phone. When you actually go to their dealer they do take care of what you ne car but after you bought a car it was hard to get a hold of them through phone. When you actually go to their dealer they do take care of what you need, the only problem is if you live far from their dealer then you will have to drive up there which consumed your mileage, gas and time. The mechanic service Francisco Diaz doesn’t seem friendly but if you need help with something he get the job done for you in a timely manner and get it done for you. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our sale person is William and he is the best sale man you can encounter, he is nice and help you get the best deal you can get. Most importantly his actions are very humble.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ But Unlike others dealers they won’t let you exchange. They will tell you that they will do the exchanges do have you come in but at the end, they treat it as a trade in. More

Pleasant But Lengthy I came to Benji due to the pricing of their Q50's & my need to change my current car loan situation. At 5PM I arrived, a manager greeted me and I st I came to Benji due to the pricing of their Q50's & my need to change my current car loan situation. At 5PM I arrived, a manager greeted me and I started the process of buying the car & trading mine in. The Q50 listed on the website wasn't the same year as the car on the Lot, but I was still able to find one that matched me and was what I wanted. My Trade in value was decent. It was not what I expected, but due to my circumstances it was the best I would receive. There were little things like no air valve caps on the tires & minor paint chipping on the car, but at 9PM we came to an agreement & I got the car I wanted. Overall I am happy with the people I worked with and the new car I have and I recommend this place to others! More
