I was so happy the day I got my car. But they have let me down. It has been 55 day almost two months and no tags. I am sitting at a 24/7 job and no tags when job ends. Worse car buying experience ever. If you are out of state, please beware. We received a car that basically looked as it came from the auction. Horrible interior, broken buttons, broke sunroof, bad tires, service lights on, inner/outer tire rod, dents on the outside etc. They should be ashamed to have even sold this car to anyone. We thought because they were listed on a list from our credit union it was a reputable dealership. I can’t explain my frustration in this review it would take too much time and I’ve already spent over a week trying to piece together this junk that was sent. I am going to see my legal rights are. I definitely will be making the credit union aware they need to remove these crooks ASAP from their list. I have photos, bills and receipts for validation. The manager is just as worse as the bull crap salesman we dealt with. We have excellent credit and we have been sold a car that is normally sold at the auction or a Buy here/ Pay here at BEST..STAY AWAY!!! I will upload photos when I figure out how to do that. I couldn’t leave 0 stars because giving 1 star is being way too generous!!! More

I bought a 2021 Chevy Equinox from the Orlando FL branch. Within days of buying it, it said I needed to change the oil. As well, the sensor keeps saying, I need to add air to the tires even right street I do Within days of buying it, it said I needed to change the oil.
