The ad (photos and video), along with the complete car fax report, assured me my decision was being made based on all the best information available. They accepted my down payment over the phone and very quickly furnished all the information to my local credit union for financing. When we arrived we were greeted by Nate, who couldn't have been more professional and likeable. He took us for a test drive and then worked through the deal and paper work. Then he showed us the operation details of the car. He even recommended a great local place for us to have a good lunch. I don't know what more he could have done. Ebersole seems to doing it right in our opinion -- no pressure with honest, direct answers and a desire to make satisfied customers.
