Very poor service and communication, they do not return calls and our vehicle has been there for 4 months and still is not fixed. We were promised a loaner 2 months ago and still do not have one. Once we get the car fixed I will not go back and will not recommend anyone to them. I asked for a copy of the work order and all I got was a summary of the work in the email, NOT a real work order. Yes my car is older, but it was maintained, we thought due to the issue we had taking it to a GM dealer would be the best since they are supposed to have GM technical training, Being that the car is a little older it does not have nearly the complex issues that today's car have, it took them 4 months to file a TAC case with GM to get help to figure out the issue and that was only because I suggested it again as I had 2months prior. They have seem to have a high turnover in employees which does not help. BEWARE go elsewhere, read the other reviews, the good reviews are for routine maintenance, oil changes etc. you can train a 16 year old to do them. I would give them a negative 5 if I could More

Horrible. Vehicle back within weeks of same issue. Never answer phones in service area. Never return calls. When they do they sound like they have no idea w Vehicle back within weeks of same issue. I have computer issues with my Buick so I had it towed their to have it professionally looked at. I have left voicemails, I have left messages with the receptionist as well as other messages. I have yet after 4 days of reaching out to them receive a single call back from them. I am very disappointed in the communication with them. I am even thinking of having my car picked up their and having it towed somewhere else. I wish I worked closer so I could stop in and may have to take some time off of work to actually speak to someone, at this point I would not recommend them to anyone, this is putting our family in a bind as we now are having to ask for help from other people for us to make Dr's appointments etc. More

Had service engine light issue. 8/12/25 was first day of service. 8/27 second day of service. 9/12 last service date, all with same result. Not fixed at cost of over $1800.
