Horrible. Vehicle back within weeks of same issue. Never answer phones in service area. Never return calls. When they do they sound like they have no idea w Vehicle back within weeks of same issue. Being told the car would be finished within a day to repair issue. Then to find out they don't have the parts. Cars been in now for 3 days and they have ZERO loaners to offer LIES, and LAZY and ZERO customer service. Don't go here for ANYTHING. More
I have computer issues with my Buick so I had it towed their to have it professionally looked at. I have left voicemails, I have left messages with the receptionist as well as other messages. I have yet after 4 days of reaching out to them receive a single call back from them. I am very disappointed in the communication with them. I am even thinking of having my car picked up their and having it towed somewhere else. I wish I worked closer so I could stop in and may have to take some time off of work to actually speak to someone, at this point I would not recommend them to anyone, this is putting our family in a bind as we now are having to ask for help from other people for us to make Dr's appointments etc. More
This recent experience was for routine maintenance. Online scheduling process was very easy, likewise therescheduling due an unexpected change in my schedule. Used the My Buick app to order protective accessories which were easily scheduled for install during this same visit through a phone call. Staff at every contact point in this visit demonstrated hospitality and professionalism. Very pleased. More
Had service engine light issue. 8/12/25 was first day of service. 8/27 second day of service. 9/12 last service date, all with same result. Not fixed at cost of over $1800. The associate was very helpful & patient both on the phone & in person.She explained several options & the pros & cons. I forgot to bring my Buick rewards password with me & she offered me severa phone & in person.She explained several options & the pros & cons. I forgot to bring my Buick rewards password with me & she offered me several ways to help me accesss it. The waiting room / bathrooms were clean & pleasant. More
