If I could leave zero stars, I would! ! My service light came on, so I took my Honda Civic in. When I made the appointment, they said it would cost in the $150 range. They called to say t ! They called to say they found some other issues, and my bill ended up being over $1100!!! A month or so later, my car started making a strange noise. I took it to a different garage, and they told me specifically what was causing the noise, which should have been detected when Bennett did the service. I do not trust Bennett AT ALL, and plan on never using them again!!! More
The moment it came time to sign, dealing with Ryan turned into an absolute crapshow. I told him clearly, repeatedly, and in plain English, that I didn’t want a single extra warranty or add-on. He kept hammering the same tired upsells like a broken record, ignoring every “no” like it was a negotiation tactic instead of a complete sentence. The low point? This clown actually tried to sell me an extended warranty by bragging that it would “pay for itself” with… wait for it… an extra vacation. A road trip. My wife and I sat there stunned, exchanging looks that said, “Is this guy for real?” I fly for work, we actually travel, his idea of “living it up” sounded like punishment. I shut him down at least eight separate times, each rejection clearer than the last. But Ryan wouldn’t drop it. He’d do that slimy salesman pause, dead silence, staring, waiting for me to crack and fill the void with a “yes.” Pure psychological manipulation. It was aggressive, condescending, and borderline hostile. I shouldn’t have to arm-wrestle some commission-breathing vulture just to buy what I came for. “No” is a complete answer, not the opening bid in a game of chicken. More
I bought my car there, they kept it for 7 days to inspect it and put a new timing belt on my car. About 2 months into owning it I was almost in a horrible accident with my car! I called but was told sorry , you didn't get the extended warranty! I just found out that the main problem so far is the brand new time belt that they took 7 days to put on! Who is to blame. I was treated nicely by the man that sold the car! Although it was a fake niceness! I was lied to about the car fax report! Why is there golf size dents in my car if it was fixed privately? This is uncaring and very dishonest practices. More

About 2 weeks ago, I purchased a 2025 CRV Hybrid, l worked out a deal to have 2" hitch receiver and wiring harness installed but when I went to pick up , it didn't have what we agreed on and they didn't want to make on it ,so I walked away from the deal. Later they called back said about putting the hitch and wiring on a different car that was the same but done by Uhaul , now I'm trying to make them make on the work that was done correctly . Bennett does not stand by there agreements . More
Do not buy a car from this dealership. They are thieves. We bought a car in August and refinanced it almost immediately. When we did this, we also canceled extended warranty and gap insurance. Bennett has had both of the refund checks for over a month. We have called and emailed dozens of times. Ryan St. John has been useless, claiming to be "in our corner" and yet doing nothing. He blames the delay on "Jennifer from accounting", who we have yet to hear from at all. We wonder if she even exists or if she is just a fictitious scapegoat to deflect blame from him. We have been told someone will get back to us, the check is in the mail, etc. No one is helping us. At this point, we are fairly certain we will have to take them to court to get the money owed to us. We are also reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. More
